About the Role
As a Field Supervisor, you'll be the on-ground leader for our delivery partners (riders). You'll manage day-to-day operations, keep deliveries running on time, and make sure our partners are supported, active, and performing well. You'll use a simple mobile dashboard to track riders live — orders, attendance, locations, and performance — right from your phone. No paperwork-heavy processes; everything you need is on the app.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise a team of delivery partners across your assigned area
- Monitor live delivery activity, rider availability,
and on-time performance through the mobile dashboard
- Assign and balance work, and step in quickly when there's a delay or issue on-ground
- Support rider onboarding, attendance, and daily discipline
- Be the main point of contact between delivery partners and the operations team
- Resolve on-site problems fast and keep customers happy
- Motivate and guide your team to hit daily targets
- Share simple daily updates and reports with management
Who We're Looking For
- A natural leader who can manage people and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using a smartphone and a basic app/dashboard (we'll train you)
- Positive communication skills in Telugu and/or Hindi (English is a plus, not a must)
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple riders and priorities at once
- Quick to solve problems and take ownership on the ground
- Prior experience managing delivery riders, field teams, or logistics operations
