About the Role
Mechanical Energy Systems is looking for a skilled CNC Setter to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines (lathe/milling/VMC as applicable) as per job requirements and drawings
- Load programs, tools, and fixtures; make necessary offset adjustments
- Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection before full production
- Monitor machine operation during production and troubleshoot minor issues
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.)




- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Maintain production records and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Follow safety protocols on the shop floor

Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die/Production Engineering (preferred, but not Mandatory)
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Setter
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T; basics
- Familiarity with CNC controllers.
- Positive understanding of measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
