Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented production professional to lead the operations of a
high-speed C1S Coated Paper Machine
. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in paper manufacturing, coating technology, production optimization, quality improvement, cost reduction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production operations of the C1S coated paper machine, ensuring secure, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Achieve production, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction targets.
- Optimize machine productivity through continuous process improvement and reduced downtime.
- Monitor and improve key production KPIs including OEE, machine efficiency, break frequency, coating consumption, steam and power consumption, reel quality, and customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with product quality standards and Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters.
- Coordinate with Stock Preparation, Coating Kitchen, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.




- Drive root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead production planning to achieve delivery commitments while minimizing inventory and process losses.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, housekeeping, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and mentor production teams, shift in-charges, and supervisors to build future leadership.
- Support new product development, grade changes, process optimization, and cost reduction projects.
