Job Summary

We are looking for a Fabric Sourcing Manager with hands-on experience in fabric sourcing for the apparel industry. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of textile markets, fabric suppliers, mills, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and garment manufacturing processes. The role involves identifying suitable fabrics, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source fabrics based on customer specifications and garment requirements.

• Identify and develop relationships with fabric mills, manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers.

• Coordinate with dyeing, printing, embroidery, washing, and finishing vendors.

• Arrange fabric swatches, samples, lab dips, and approvals.

• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, and commercial terms with suppliers.





• Ensure timely procurement of fabrics for production schedules.

• Research current fabrics, textile trends, and sourcing opportunities.

• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and design teams for smooth order execution.

• Maintain supplier database, quotations, sourcing records, and fabric approvals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion, Apparel, or any relevant discipline.

• 3–7 years of experience in Fabric Sourcing within the apparel or garment industry.

• Strong knowledge of woven, knitted, cotton, linen, polyester, viscose, denim, and blended fabrics.

• Good understanding of dyeing, printing, embroidery, fabric finishing, and garment manufacturing.

• Strong network with textile mills, fabric suppliers, and manufacturers.

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microso
