Role Description
This is a full-time
in office
role for a System Administrator based in Mumbai India. The System Administrator will handle day-to-day system administration tasks, ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, triage security issues, manage hardware assets, provide technical support to end-users, and troubleshoot issues promptly. The professional will also oversee network administration, manage system configurations, and ensure IT infrastructure's security and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the following:
- System Administration in Microsoft/ Azure tech and security stack (Overall experience should be more than 6 years in Tech)
- Intune Onboarding and tooling
- SecOps experience with Defender XDR
- Proficiency in MDM : Intune/ NinjaOne or Other MDM
- Experience in ITAM
- Skilled in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
- Experience in providing hands-on Technical Support to end users (Both Windows and MacOS)
Qualities we are looking for:
- Solid understanding and practical experience in Information Technology practices and systems (use Ticketing system, SLA management, Maintaining Knowledgebase and registers)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment and support overseas team in Australia and The
Philippines
