About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented
Digital Marketing Executive
with hands-on experience in
D2C and e-commerce brands
. The ideal candidate should have expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive website traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage customer acquisition campaigns for D2C websites and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies to increase online sales.
- Manage and optimize campaigns for
Shopify
websites and D2C brands.
- Analyze website performance using
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Search Console.




- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
- Execute email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) to support promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Search Console
- Google Merchant Center
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Experience with Shopify and D2C websites.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign
