AI Engineer

- Location:
Nagpur, Maharashtra (Work from Office)
- Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹90,000 / Month
- Experience:
3+ Years in AI/ML, NLP, or Backend Development
- Education:
B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Preferred)

?️ What You Will Do




- Design & Deploy:
Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI agents and LLM-based systems for various use cases.
- Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain RAG pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, and agent orchestration logic.
- Integration:
Connect AI systems with client platforms, CRMs, telephony systems, and 3rd-party APIs.
- Optimization:
Test, evaluate, and improve model performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Maintenance:
Debug production issues, maintain technical documentation, and ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Innovation:
Stay current with the latest LLM releases, agentic frameworks, and AI tooling.

? What We Are Looking For
- Core Skills:
Strong Python expertise with a deep understanding of NLP and API integrations.
- AI/LLM Experience:
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
