Role Description
The Resident Sales Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gujarat, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves supporting customers with technical guidance on power transmission products, preparing and delivering product presentations, and assisting in solution design based on client requirements. The Resident Sales Engineer will coordinate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams,



prepare quotations and technical proposals, and follow up on leads and opportunities to drive sales growth. Daily responsibilities also include visiting customer sites as needed, gathering feedback, resolving technical queries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and project status.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in mechanical or industrial engineering, with knowledge of power transmission products and related applications.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and translate them into clear customer solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset, with experience in sales support, client relationship management, or technical customer service.
