Irish Bath Gallery is looking for an experienced, results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee our showroom operations, lead the sales team, and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle daily showroom management, customer relations, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a premium visual presentation and pristine workplace.
- Sales Leadership: Guide, motivate, and assist the sales staff to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Customer Relations: Welcome walk-in clients (architects, builders, and homeowners), understand their requirements, and provide expert consultations on bath fittings and sanitary ware.
- Inventory & Stock: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock levels and manage order fulfillments.
- Reporting:
Maintain accurate daily sales, walk-in traffic, and performance reports for the management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail showroom management or premium retail sales (experience in sanitary ware, tiles, interior design, or building materials is highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam and working knowledge of English.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
