Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct failure analysis on electronic components and semiconductors to identify root causes of failures.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with design engineers to modify designs based on failure analysis results, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., test reports, customer feedback) to identify trends and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in electronics testing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of electronic components and semiconductor technology.
- Experience with failure analysis techniques such as FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), DFA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis), etc.
