Job Summary

We are looking for an 5+ years experienced HR & Admin Executive with strong expertise in Labour Laws, Factory Act compliance, and Industrial Relations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, employee relations, and factory HR operations. The role requires spending approximately 70% of the time at the factory (Vasai) and 30% at the Head Office (Andheri) to ensure smooth coordination between both locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure complete compliance with applicable Labour Laws, Factory Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle end-to-end factory HR operations and maintain statutory records and registers.
- Address and resolve grievances of workers, staff, supervisors, and engineers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain healthy employee relations while promoting a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with factory management and Head Office for HR activities and employee-related matters.
- Conduct disciplinary proceedings, counselling sessions,



domestic enquiries, and support corrective actions wherever required.
- Liaise with government authorities such as the Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, PF, ESIC, and other statutory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare requirements as per the Factory Act.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, leave administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives for factory employees.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and statutory compliance reports.
- Assist during labour inspections, internal audits, and external compliance audits.
- Ensure timely communication and effective coordination between the factory and Head Office.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources Indian Labour Laws, Factory Act, Industrial Relations or equivalent.
