Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Product Development to lead product engineering initiatives and drive end-to-end software delivery in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud-native application development, Agile delivery management, SDLC ownership, and team leadership.

This role requires a robust blend of technical understanding, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and people management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Manage Agile product development teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and Agile ceremonies




- Lead cloud-native application development initiatives with strong focus on scalable architecture
- Manage engineering teams, provide mentorship, and drive team productivity
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, delivery timelines, and overall application performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Support
- Ensure effective use of project and service management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
- Oversee production support activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain version control and development best practices using GitHub/Azure Repos

Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of overall IT / Software Development experience
- 5–7 years of experience managing product development lifecycles in Agile environments
- 3+ years of people/team management experience
- Strong experience leading cloud-native application development
- Hands-on exposure to .NET technologies
- GCP exposure is strongly preferred
