Follow loading truck checklist before loaf finished goods on the truck or container.

Collect Qc cleared stock from QC team and make dispatch plan accordingly.

Share and inform QC Cleared stock to customer logistic team.

Take indent from customer logistic team and follow up for truck placement.

Maintain all Finished goods stock as per First in first out ( FIFO) . Only for QC cleared stock.

Ensure all loading as per shipper direction, no reverse or torn shipper to be loaded.

Before loading any truck or container ensure enough qc cleared stock and all details available in system.

Train the team for proper secure loading of truck.

Keep line wise, row wise details of loading and maintain proper record to avoid any shortfall from customer end.

Update date ,weekly dispatch data with value and confirm to Stores manage or management team Role & responsibilities
