Accountabilities
As a ServiceNow Lead Engineer,



you will take ownership of the design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow platforms and custom applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, implement technical solutions, and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications focused on areas such as work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Design and implement custom applications, integrations, and user experiences tailored to different audiences and operational requirements.
