Role & responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute learning and development programs, workshops, and employee training initiatives.
- Identify training needs by working closely with business leaders and employees to support capability development.
- Coordinate the end-to-end training lifecycle, including scheduling sessions, maintaining training calendars, and tracking participation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Support HR Business Partner (HRBP) activities, including employee engagement, performance management, and people initiatives.
- Partner with business teams and managers to address employee development and organizational learning requirements.
- Maintain employee training records, learning dashboards, MIS reports, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement, wellness, and organizational development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training partners to ensure seamless execution of learning programs.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, learning frameworks, and HR processes while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Learning & Development and employee engagement.
- Exposure to HR Business Partner (HRBP) activities, including employee relations, performance management, and people initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with HRMS/LMS tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
