- Floor Managers – Standardization & improved ways of working
- Admission Process – TAT, Automation, Front Office Transformation
- Discharge Process- TAT, Automation
- Unified Hospital Communication System
- Design of SOPs & periodic Updation involving stakeholders, Review of key Process Areas
- Focus on Legal & Regulatory, Laws Compliances and strengthen Internal Controls in various process areas
Years of Experience:
- 12to 18 years of post-qualification experience.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Operations / MBA preferred.
