Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of EV charging station business operations in the Kasargod district. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development and sales expertise, market awareness, and the ability to build strategic relationships within the EV ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging station installations and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, fuel stations, fleet operators, institutions, builders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the TVM district.
- Generate leads, manage client meetings, and close business deals effectively.




- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for successful project execution.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Develop channel partners and strategic alliances to expand market reach.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
- Prior experience in EV charging, electrical, energy, automobile, infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of the Thiruvananthapuram market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools.
- Valid driving license preferred.
