Senior Application DevOps Engineer Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Application DevOps Engineer to manage, support, automate,



and enhance enterprise applications, including ServiceNow (SNOW), BMC Helix, BeyondTrust, and Agile PLM. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in application administration, DevOps, automation, integrations, and Java-based development, working closely with Infrastructure, Security, R&D;, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ServiceNow, BMC Helix, BeyondTrust, and Agile PLM platforms.
- Perform application installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Develop automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and application enhancements.
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with enterprise systems.
- Develop and customize applications using Java and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Shell.
