: Senior Accounts Executive (CSR)

Location
: Gurgaon (Sec 44)

Education Qualification
: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounting)

Minimum Experience
: 3 Years

Responsibilities
:
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory due dates, avoiding penalties and interest.
- Keep abreast of amendments in tax laws, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, registers, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal,



and tax auditors for smooth completion of audits.
- Review statutory compliances periodically and identify compliance gaps.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate deduction and deposit of statutory dues.
- Strengthen internal controls to mitigate statutory compliance risks.

Key Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable statutory laws and financial regulations.
- Knowledge of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.)
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel, Word.
- Working experience of any accounting software. Tally experience would be preferable.
