We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Specialist who can create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Remarketing, and Video campaigns.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to improve conversions and reduce CPA.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
- Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads through paid marketing campaigns.




- Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, Google Ads updates, AI-powered advertising features, and industry best practices.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads is preferred.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and bidding strategies.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking.
