Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in the execution and monitoring of residential construction activities as per project plans.
2. Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out according to quality and safety standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
4. Monitor material usage, site progress, and maintain daily work records.
5. Support site engineers in quantity measurements, billing, and documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
7. Report site progress, issues, and observations to senior engineers on a regular basis.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Freshers to candidates with up to 3 years of experience in residential construction projects.
2. Minimum 65% throughout in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
3. Willingness to work on high-rise/MSB residential projects.
4. Foundational knowledge of civil project execution, including basic construction practices, drawings, and quality standards.
5. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn.
