Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at KHAIR PUBLICATIONS is a full-time, in office position based in Jammu. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing plans to promote the organization’s publications and related offerings. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing responsive customer service. The Specialist will conduct outreach to educational institutions, bookstores,



and cultural organizations, organize promotional events, and support training initiatives for partners and internal staff on product knowledge and sales techniques. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with the team to refine strategies based on market feedback.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with readers, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
