Maxima Solution is establishing a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, dedicated to the manufacturing of Cosmetics, Personal Care and Skin Care products.
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head who possesses a unique blend of Greenfield project execution expertise and solid manufacturing leadership. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the complete establishment of the manufacturing facilityfrom project planning and infrastructure development through commissioning—and thereafter assume full responsibility for the plant's manufacturing operations, ensuring excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and People Management.
The role requires a strategic leader capable of building a high-performance manufacturing organization while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greenfield Project Execution
- Lead the complete Greenfield project from land development through commercial production.
- Coordinate civil construction, utilities, machinery installation and commissioning.
- Develop project schedules, budgets and execution plans.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, equipment suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure project completion within agreed timelines and budget.
- Drive plant readiness for commercial manufacturing.
2. Plant Operations
- Take complete ownership of the manufacturing facility after commissioning.
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations ensuring adherence to production plans.
- Achieve plant KPIs relating to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Productivity.
- Drive capacity utilization and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure optimum manpower utilization and resource planning.
- Develop annual operating plans and manufacturing budgets.
