Reporting - Managing Director & Director

Qualification – CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.

MBA (Finance), M. Com, CMA, or equivalent qualification may also be considered.

(Minimum 5 years in a leadership role)

Salary – Up to 12 LPA

*Job Summary*

The Head – Finance & Accounts is responsible for leading the organization's finance and accounting functions, ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, audit coordination, and financial reporting. The role supports strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis and maintaining robust financial controls

Financial Management
- Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor organizational profitability and financial performance.




- Present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.

Budgeting & Planning
- Prepare annual operating and capital budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.
- Develop financial forecasts and business projections.
- Support departmental budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.

Accounts & Treasury
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Banking operations.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
