Role Description
The Inside Sales Manager is a full time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing a high-performing inside sales function. This position oversees lead generation, qualification, and conversion activities, ensuring prospective clients fully understand Awriri’s value proposition. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, coaching and supporting inside sales representatives, customer success teams, tracking performance metrics, and refining sales processes.



The Inside Sales Manager collaborates closely with marketing teams to align messaging, improve customer satisfaction, and build long-term doctor influencer (KOL) relationships. The role also involves conducting product demos, negotiating terms, and providing feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
- Candidates should have 4-8 years of inside sales experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including managing inbound and outbound calls, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and drive consistent pipeline growth.
- Candidates should possess Customer Management and Satisfaction skills to nurture relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and promote retention.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain
