Job Title: System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a System Administrator with hands-on experience managing and maintaining IT infrastructure. The role requires robust expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure and a variety of Microsoft technologies, including IIS Web Server, MS SQL Administration, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Azure services, Azure Active Directory (AD), and Intune for device management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Active Directory including user accounts, group policies, organizational units (OUs), and domain controllers.
- Install, configure, and manage DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
- Manage firewall configurations to ensure network security, including defining policies, monitoring firewall logs, and troubleshooting security-related issues.
- Administer and support Windows Server environments (installation, configuration, and maintenance).
- Manage IIS Web Server for hosting websites and applications,



including performance tuning and security configurations.
- Perform MS SQL Server administration, including installation, backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user management, security, and integration with on-premises systems.
- Implement and manage Azure services such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking resources.
- Regularly perform backups and ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor system performance, network availability, and security events to ensure optimal operations.
- Install, configure, and manage ACTIVE DIRECTORY ,DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
- Troubleshoot system, software, and hardware issues, providing Level 2/3 technical support.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to improve systems and network efficiency.
