Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Monitor labour, material, and equipment productivity.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Verify quantities, measurements, and material consumption.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure timely completion of work within quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5-10 yrs exp. in high rise building project.
