About The Role

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services, client requirements, and the fast-paced agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and inbound leads.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitch discussions with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to propose effective digital marketing solutions.
- Create customized proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations tailored to client needs.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.
- Meet revenue and business growth targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Growth within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients for services such as SEO, performance marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, branding, or other digital solutions.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert opportunities into successful business partnerships.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
