Roles & Responsibilities:

 Manage and troubleshoot Nginx server configurations and performance

issues.

 Configure and optimize:

 Reverse proxy setups

 Load balancing and routing rules

 SSL/TLS configurations

 Perform performance tuning (caching, compression, worker settings).

 Handle incident calls, conduct in-depth technical analysis, and provide

resolution.

 Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.

 Implement change requests, deployments, and configuration updates.

 Should have hands-on experience on Linux commands.

 Shell Scripting knowledge.

 Additionally Administer and troubleshoot WebSphere Application Server

environments:

 IHS & WAS installation and configuration

 Application deployment

 Cluster and node management

 JVM tuning and analysis

 Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs

 Performance tuning

 Debugging HTTP errors (4xx/5xx)

Secondary – WAS & IHS

 Hands-on experience with:

 WebSphere Application Server administration

 Application deployments and troubleshooting

 JVM tuning and performance analysis

 Knowledge of:

 Clusters, nodes, and federated environments

Other Skills

 Linux/Unix administration

 Shell scripting (preferred)

 Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus)
