About the role:

As a Software Tester in Donor Information System (DIS) space under the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) business unit, you will contribute to high-quality product delivery by executing well-structured testing activities across device-integrated workflows. You will work closely with senior QA members, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to validate system behavior, identify defects, and ensure device-data interactions meet functional and regulatory expectations. You will actively support continuous improvement of testing processes, adopt contemporary methodologies including AI-based test augmentation and data-driven testing techniques, and strengthen quality standards across the ecosystem. Your role will be crucial in enhancing testing methodologies, maintaining standard operating procedures, and driving adoption of emerging technologies including AI-assisted testing techniques and intelligent data analysis to increase test coverage and efficiency.



You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality product releases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position aligns with the Testing & Validation Chapter of the ICC and will initially report to In-Center QA Lead role for DIS.
How you will contribute:
- Collaboration & Ownership: Work under guidance of the Senior QA while independently owning assigned testing tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, Device Engineering, and Business stakeholders for requirement clarification.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives.
- Contribute actively to quality discussions, raising risks and concerns early.
Test Strategy & Execution
- Derive detailed test scenarios from requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and negative test cases across device-data workflows.
