We are looking for an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong blend of program management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and technical understanding of up-to-date SaaS and cloud-based environments.
You will play a critical role in driving large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering measurable business impact.
Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or a related field
- Overall experience of 6 to 12 years, with 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience preferred.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management is a plus
- Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD

Responsibilities
- Strategize & implement program initiatives that align to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned projectmanagers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan,budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multipleprojects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports formanagement and stakeholders
