Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the US-based team to understand and refine user stories and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories in ServiceNow.
- Configure, develop, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, based on provided user stories.




- Collect necessary requirements and create user stories independently, if needed.
- Implement and maintain ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD solutions in line with the company's ServiceNow framework.
- Perform testing and quality assurance for developed features, ensuring alignment with US team standards.
- Leverage no-code tools such as Workflow Studio for all development work in the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance.
- Participate in regular sprint meetings and provide updates on story progress.
- Document technical implementations and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistency and high-quality output across different regions.

Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
