We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing job postings and employer branding activities.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (HR preferred, but open to all streams).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
