Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce the company's products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Achieve individual call, lead generation, and conversion targets while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.
- Any Graduate/Diploma.
