ROLE : Publisher Growth Manager (India & SEA)

EXPERIENCE : 4-6 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Publisher Acquisition & Evaluation

2- Source and onboard content, video, CTV, and app publishers across India & SEA

3- Evaluate publishers based on traffic quality, scale, geo mix, formats, and revenue potential

4- Lead conversations from discovery through deal closure

5- Monetization Strategy & Pitching

6- Analyse publisher data to identify monetization gaps and opportunities

7- Recommend the right AlchemyX product stack based on publisher profile

8- Pitch solutions clearly, addressing UX, revenue, and performance concerns

9- Structure commercially viable revenue-share or hybrid deals

10- Onboarding & Publisher Management

11- Coordinate onboarding with Ad Ops, Yield, and Tech teams

12- Act as the primary point of contact post go-live

13- Handle publisher queries, escalations, and performance discussions

14- Identify upsell and optimization opportunities over time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:





1- 4–6 years experience in publisher partnerships, ad monetization, or ad-tech

2- Strong understanding of web, video, CTV, or app monetization

3- Comfortable analysing data and making commercial recommendations

4- Experience working with Indian publishers (SEA exposure is a plus)

5- Clear communicator with strong ownership mindset

6- Nice-to-Have Exposure to GAM or programmatic ecosystems

7- Experience managing multiple publishers at scale

8- Ability to work independently in a rapid-moving environment
