Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Lead Java Developer role based in Bengaluru.



The Lead Java Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. The role includes leading the technical design of microservices-based architectures, mentoring development teams, and enforcing coding standards and best practices. The individual will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Daily responsibilities also include code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing application performance, and contributing to continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
