We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join our growing retail team at Jain Amar (MADAME).
? Location: Gurugram ? Travel: 8–10 days/month for store visits & audits
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store productivity and ABP achievement across multiple EBOs
- Monitor KPIs: Revenue/Sq Ft, UPT, ATV, Conversion, Sell-through
- Lead store audits, SOP compliance, inventory replenishment & EOSS clearance
- Own weekly MIS reporting for business leadership
- Coordinate operational readiness for new store launches
- Manage store manpower screening and performance tracking
Ideal Candidate:
- 7–12 years of experience in retail operations
- Solid EBO/multi-store management background (15–20+ stores preferred)
- Hands-on with MIS, analytics, inventory management, and process execution
- Apparel / fashion retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of Shopify or similar website operations is an added advantage
