Join Cogrion and help operate an AI-native data platform supporting enterprise-grade data and AI workloads.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and support Cogrion’s cloud-native platform in a 24×7 production setting.

• Troubleshoot issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, workflows, and pipelines.

• Support Spark, Trino, Airflow, SQL, and other data-processing workloads.

• Participate in incident triage, resolution, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.

• Maintain operational runbooks, incident documentation, and troubleshooting guides.

• Monitor platform health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and CloudWatch.

• Automate repetitive operational activities using Python, Bash, workflows, AI assistants, and autonomous agents.

• Build AI-powered workflows for incident triage, log analysis, root-cause identification, and operational support.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, response times,



and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience or relevant project exposure in cloud, DevOps, platform support, SRE, or data engineering.

• Hands-on familiarity with AWS preferred; exposure to Azure or GCP is also valuable.

• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, CI/CD, Python, or Bash.

• Exposure to Helm and Terraform is preferred.

• Familiarity with Spark, Trino, Airflow, SQL, or modern data platforms.

• Basic understanding of data engineering and distributed systems concepts.

• Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, CloudWatch, or similar observability tools.

• Interest in AI/ML platforms, LLMs, AI assistants, and autonomous agents.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an ownership-driven mindset.
