Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a CNC lathe operator cum setter. The role involves setting up CNC lathes, including selecting and installing tools, adjusting offsets, and loading programs according to job requirements. The operator will run machining cycles, monitor operations, make necessary adjustments, and ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, using measuring instruments,



performing basic machine maintenance, and following safety and quality procedures. The role also requires coordinating with supervisors and quality personnel to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime. Qualifications Candidates should possess solid skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, particularly with CNC lathes.
