About the Role

AM2PM SUPPORT PVT. LTD. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in SaaS or software sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer renewals, upselling, and subscription conversions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle renewal calls for existing SaaS/software customers.
- Convert expiring subscriptions into successful renewals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high retention.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans or upgrades.
- Achieve monthly renewal, upselling, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions and sales records in CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in SaaS or software sales.
- Prior experience in renewals, upselling, customer retention, or subscription sales is mandatory.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/desktop for WFH.
