We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Acquisition & Relations Associate to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, build long-term relationships, and support business growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in B2B sales, client acquisition, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies with active hiring needs.
- Identify and connect with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Introduce NowIntern's recruitment solutions.
- Schedule discovery meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
- Assist in commercial discussions and proposal sharing.
- Coordinate client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover to the recruitment team.
- Build long-term client relationships.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Confident, energetic, self-driven, and quick learner.
- Comfortable speaking with business stakeholders.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Working Hours
- Remote (Work From Home)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Fixed salary up to Rs 10,000/month during the first 3 months of probation.
- Performance-based appraisal after successful completion of probation.
