Roles and Responsibilities :
- Change the machine setting within the specified time as per the work order priority.
- Confirm the product quality is meeting the required specification.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Strong knowledge of machine setting, machining operations, and toolings used in automobile manufacturing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in production engineering principles including lean manufacturing techniques.
