Role Overview

The Marketing & Branding Manager is responsible for establishing and strengthening the school's brand identity driving student enrollment and positioning the school as a preferred educational institution. The role involves developing and executing marketing and branding strategies planning admission campaigns building community awareness managing digital and offline promotions coordinating events establishing media relations and ensuring all marketing initiatives are aligned with school objectives and Management guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)

1. Brand Development & Marketing Strategy

 Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to establish the school's presence in the market.

 Create brand awareness through integrated online and offline marketing initiatives.

 Develop promotional plans aligned with admission targets and school objectives.

 Ensure consistency in the school's branding communication and promotional materials.

2. Admission Marketing & Lead Generation





 Develop and execute admission campaigns to generate quality enquiries and achieve enrollment targets.

 Build relationships with preschools residential communities corporates educational institutions and other stakeholders to generate admissions.

 Support the Admission Team in enquiry handling conversion activities and parent engagement.

 Monitor enquiry generation admission conversion and campaign performance.

3. Digital Marketing & Communication

 Manage the school's website social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

 Ensure timely updates of school achievements admissions events and announcements.

 Monitor digital performance online reputation and parent engagement.

4. Events Community Outreach & Media Relations

 Plan and organize Open Houses school launches orientation programmes education fairs and promotional events.

 Develop community outreach programmes to increase the school's visibility and strengthen local presenc
