Staff Compiler engineer – model bringup (2–3 hires)

Focus:
Model bringup: getting ML models running on our hardware via the compiler stack.

Ideal profile:
Experienced compiler engineer who also understands ML models (architectures, ops, graph-level optimization, mapping to hardware, numerical accuracy).

Level:
Mid to senior. Again, we prefer senior; juniors only if they are explicit slam dunks (e.g. compiler + ML/model experience).

10-12+ years of experience
