- Develop and maintain Structural BIM models using Revit. Prepare structural drawings, shop drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Generate BOQs, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and LOD requirements.
- Manage BIM 360 / ACC workflows and model sharing.
- Conduct quality checks and model reviews.
- Lead and mentor BIM team members.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
