- You serve as the strategic HR partner for Sales, Retail, Category and other Revenue teams across West & South, aligning regional people strategy with business objectives for a workforce of 100+employees.
- You proactively identify organizational gaps across locations, conduct structured business reviews with regional leadership, and drive people interventions with measurable outcomes.
Employee Engagement & Culture -COE
- You design and execute employee engagement initiatives as COE, running pulse surveys and translating insights into tangible actions that build belonging and morale across the organisation.
- You champion Birla Pivot's culture tenets and values across every HR touchpoint as COE — from hiring to offboarding — building a solid sense of belonging across the organisation.
Driving Performance Management& Career Development
- You drive the full performance review cycle for your cohort — from goal-setting and mid-year check-ins to final appraisals — ensuring calibration, fairness, and actionable feedback.
- You identify high-potential employees, build individual development plans, and coach regional managers on performance conversations, improvement plans, and recognition frameworks.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- You own hiring for new and replacement roles across your business units — sourcing, screening, and closing quality talent on time.
- You partner with leaders on workforce planning — forecasting headcount, mapping critical roles, and building talent pipelines ahead of demand.
- You will be responsible for campus programs and hiring and developing young talent for your cohort.
HR Operations & Compliance
- You ensure smooth execution of all HR processes — confirmations, transfers, separations, and policy adherence across South locations, managing grievance redressal and
