location: - Ahmedabad - Gujarat , Kolkata-south' north , Odisha, Guwahati

*Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations, villages, industrial areas, colleges, ITIs, and training institutes to source candidates.
- Conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in hiring events.
- Source blue-collar, grey-collar, and entry-level white-collar candidates.
- Explain job roles, salary, perks, and company policies to candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Ensure document collection and verification before joining.




- Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong local candidate database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Submit daily field activity and recruitment reports to the Recruitment Manager.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates and local placement partners.
- Represent the company professionally during recruitment campaigns.

*Required Skills

Graduate / MBA (HR) Preferred

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals

-Strong sourcing, coordination, and multitasking abilities
