Role Description
The Youth Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering youth-focused initiatives that align with Digitoglobe’s community and brand objectives. In this role, the Youth Lead designs and facilitates youth programs, workshops,



and activities that promote digital literacy, creativity, and personal development. The position involves engaging with young participants, building positive relationships, and providing guidance and support in line with best practices in youth work and social impact. The Youth Lead collaborates with internal teams and external partners to organize events, collect feedback, and continuously improve program content and execution. Daily tasks include program scheduling, communication with participants and stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all youth involved.

- Demonstrated experience in Youth Leadership and Youth Work, with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse groups of young people.
