- Core Auditing & Inspection Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility in Partner Business Auditing is to ensure compliance, capability, and continuous improvement across a worldwide partner network.
- Conduct partner audits (remote) as Lead / Co Auditor according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and VDA 6.3 standards.
- Perform document-based evaluations and deep dive assessments,



particularly for quality, process stability, and EHS.
- Lead kick off meetings with global partners to align on:
- Inspection scope.
- Expectations.
- Timelines and responsibilities.
- Partner Qualification, Release & Governance
- Partner auditors play a key role in safeguarding Siemens’ quality standards across the partner lifecycle.
- Support the release, monitoring, and re qualification of partners, aligned with internal partner approval processes.
- Contribute to the revision and update of partner approvals based on audit results and performance trends.
- Evaluate and approve special processes and initial sample inspections (zero series samples) in cooperation with partners worldwide.
- Ensure consistent application of quality requirements across different regions, cultures, and maturity levels.
