Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Visualization Support Engineer with strong expertise in reporting and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and reports across multiple platforms while ensuring data accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for data visualization tools like Power BI, SSRS and ThoughtSpot
- Monitor and troubleshoot dashboards, reports, and data pipelines
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports
- Optimize performance of dashboards and queries
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Manage and support Snowflake data warehouse operations




- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting needs
- Ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence

Mandatory Skills:
- Thoughtspot
- Power BI
- SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
- Snowflake
- Strong SQL skills

Good to Have:
- Experience in data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of ETL processes
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Basic scripting (Python preferred)
- Tableau

Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a quick-paced support environment
